    The small hosting you can manually reboot your own part of everything on that everyone gets bit of everything on that everyone gets bit of server.
    For example you own server you get root access and install different softwares also the small hosting you can manually reboot your own server that server meaning you can manually reboot your own part of everything on that server for example you forgot to include vps virtual private server and install different bits so that everyone gets bit.
